Have you ever wondered if there is any use for desert lands? If you have you have come to the conclusion that it would take forever to try to get the land to be fertile enough to grow anything, right? Currently 42% of the land on Earth are deserts, and with climate change the number keeps growing. Thankfully, there is this amazing company that have come up with a mix of water and clay that is sprayed onto sand about half meter deep enabling the sand to hold water like a sponge! Crops grow thanks to the LNC (liquid nano clay), enabling the soil to grow 40% more of crops using up to 65% less water saving farmers a costly resource. It usually takes 7 to 15 years to make sandy soils fit for crops, after spraying LNC it takes 7 hours! The process doesn't use any other chemicals and the effects can last for up to 5 years.
This has to be one of the greatest inventions ever. To see the full video click here.
